Predator Helios 300 black screen: turns on and off on its own

hello,

my predator helios 300 abruptly turned off last night for no reason. Upon trying to restart, the computer turns on (keyboard backlight starts, fan kicks in), but the screen remains black. After a second it turns back off, and repeats the process.

current fixes i have tried:
drained the battery then plugged in to reset
reset buttons f2 and f10 combo (did not even change screen)
battery reset pinhole

appreciate the help! Fingers crossed it’s not a hardware issue but from my understanding this issue is happening on other laptop brands with no concrete fix.

I see that this has been already escalated by Acer Crew.

Seems to me might be a ram issue this usually happens on laptops/desktops if there is an issue with the memory either faulty or not recognized properly and without knowing your exact model and specs it's hard to tell but i would take the dimms out clean the pins and try them back try again see if it solves the issue and if you can get into the bios :)
