Heat problem Helios 300

My Helios 300 is heating so much. I can't even play a single game that doesn't drop fps. I tried Dota 2 and CSGO with medium settings, still dropping frames. My highest temp was 96C and It's always like that. I already tried repasting my cpu and gpu. Any recommendation for new better thermal paste, and should I replace thermal pads?
Btw, when my laptop is IDLE, I'm getting 61C average and when I'm watching, still 61C.

I have this kind of overheating problem when playing rainbow 6 while plugging in my charger, the cpu temperature can be reach over 80 to 90 something. But without plug in charger my cpu temperature just 60 to 70 something. so is it the charging problem causes the cpu temperature rise up?0

Try following the settings on this thread and see if it helps with lowering temps. These are my values that helped lower temps by about 20 degrees.

Some times the default power option is set to high performance in windows change it to balanced after that change the maximum process state to below 100 by default it will be 100.You can do this by going to control panel>power options>change plan setting >change advanced power setting>processor power management>maximum process state>on battery and reduce it.For me at first my temperature was reaching 97 degree while playing call of duty but after doing the above steps my temperature is below 75 degree. If u wish to reduce more use the max fan speed on predator sense

I tried all of those already. I think It's my GPU that's getting high temp. I don't know why but I think it's the problem.0

May be some problem with your fan or some software issue even i had the same but reducing maximum processor state helped.I think you should take it to service center before warranty expires0
