I thought we had resolved this about a week ago: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/551815/predator-performance-gta

Acer Predator - DX 10 - GTA - technically these are bad parameters to compare.
Let me give you a better perspective - his laptop is better optimized than yours, and this could be more than just one factor, along with the settings in games.
    1. Disable all unwanted services - like search, superfetch, etc.
    2. Disabling "fast startup" option under power settings.
    3. Turn on vsync in game, and set FPS to the max Hz permitted by your screen. On a 60 Hz, any FPS over 60 on puts load on CPU/GPU but makes no difference visually.
    4. Use ThrottleStop/MSI afterburner and such to help run your laptop cooler; this in turn helps increase performance.
    5. In the game graphics, disable the settings that put more load on CPU/GPU compared to the aesthetics they add. One such thing is long distance shadows. Another is motion blur for me.
Try these out and let us know your findings on your rig.

Instead of creating a new thread, try the above and post your findings here. Based on that people here can help you troubleshoot. Creating multiple threads simple makes people lose context.

its a different friend now and it on almost all games and i use coolboost and i put my max cpu to 99% because at 100% it has a intel boost thing that makes my cpu thermal throttle

It doesn't matter which friend... of the points mentioned above, how many did you set up in yours? And you need not put CPU max at 99% (this disables turbo from getting turned on crippling performance).

U need to undervolt you CPU via Throttlestop.
    Optimize your Windows
    Optimize game graphic settings
Lifting the notebook a little from the table, or better use cooling pad

you will get 20 degrees decrease in temperatures and no thermal throttling
There are similar topics in this forum and great tutorials posted there.
    good luck!

when my cpu is at 100% my pc get up to thermal throttle temperatures

MSI Afterburner helps undervolt GPU - this helps reduce temperatures and increase performance. And once you set up MSI Afterburner correctly, you can turn on coolboost in Predator Sense and need not start it up any more.

Try following the curve as mentioned in the thread below:
    https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/551954/settings-to-reduce-temperatures-some-settings-to-lower-temperatures-and-increase-performance

Use Ctrl-F when MSI is open to bring up the curve editor. And don't forget to save the profile after making changed to curve.
