Hello,
Im not to sure where to post this since ive been on the phone for the past two hours with answersby to only find out that they work on laptops and desktops in the end. My warranty is out so I have NO way to talk to acer directly because if we dont have warranty we are not worth their time i guess. But anyways I am coming home for break and i brought my desktop that i built myself and I know that it is a good desktop with no malfunctions at all. I hook my desktop up and plug it into the HDMI input on my parents HN274H monitor that is currently in my room. I power up the monitor, get the Acer 3D logo across the screen followed by the touch lights lighting up in order from right to left. It then goes to a black screen and after a while it will say "No Signal" and shut off. I have powered it up multiple times and pushed on the touchable buttons in every way possible and yet not a single menu or icon will pop up and im just getting more and more frustrated!!! If anyone on here could help me that would be awesome!

Got the same exact problem the button and the screen seems to be working but no menu appear and after a few sec the screen display "cable non connecter" (french for no cable connected)
Is there a way to make a factory reset?
Did u find a solution elsewhere?
