Where's the serial number on my flashing lcd monitor?

I purchased an Acer CZ340CK monitor from Micro Center back in 2017. When I turned it on this morning it was flickering pretty bad, especially the gray, black, and blue. I have a Windows 10 Desktop, a Windows 10 laptop and a Linux desktop plugged into the DP, and two HDMI ports and all of them exhibited the same issue.

Since this comes with a 3 year warranty I thought I'd get it looked at, but I've searched all over for a serial number and there just isn't one. There seems to be a small rectangle on the right side where there may have been one, but it doesn't look like there ever was. I don't recall seeing a sticker fall off. Micro Center's receipts are known to fade so even if the serial was on there, it'd be useless. I see the product in my account history from where I ordered online, but still they wouldn't be able to match up the monitor since there's no serial.

Has anyone else had this issue and managed to get support or know if the serial might be hidden elsewhere? And yes, I got rid of the box a few months after I bought it :(

Thanks,

    Hi @nelgin

Usually the S/N for monitors will be at the rear end. However, this differs from device to device. Ex: for few devices it would be beneath the acer logo ( Place where OSD buttons are available). If you can share the model number of your monitor it would be easier to help you locate S/N.

Alternatively if you have the box the unit delivered with you can find the S/N on it too..
