I tried to reformat my device (Acer Liquid Z520) but after that it rebooted into a "No Command" logo and it just keeps on blinking. I tried pressing all the buttons and combinations but nothing happens. Any ideas?

    Hi JumpingSausage
When you see that screen, the phone is waiting for you to give a command. Please follow the following steps.

    1) Press and hold power button to shut down tablet.
    2) Press and hold the power button along with the volume up button for sometime until u see the tablet kind of vibrates and comes to a black screen saying" Android system recovery" screen.
    3) Use Volume up / Volume down to scroll to wipe data/ Factory Reset.
4)Press the power button ones to confirm the selection
5)Comes to a screen with lots of "NO', Use the volume button to come to "yes- Delete all user data"
    6) again press power button to confirm the selection.
    7) It will now do a factory reset which will erase all data in the tablet
    8) U may now go to "Reboot system now ones reset done" and confirm with power button.  Please let me know if this fixes your issue

When your Android tablet shows no command error message during app installing, software upgrading or resetting, you can try to fix it manually. But remember to unplug all the connected devices from the device and make sure it has at least 80% battery usage.
Press “Power” key to back home screen.
Press Volume Up and Down buttons to scroll options. Select “wipe data/factory reset” or “wipe cache partition” according to your needs.
Now tap 3 horizontal lines on the left repeatedly until it works.
When the process completes, you can reboot your phone by selecting “Reboot system now” and the no command error message will disappear.

If the above steps does not work, Then it seems like you may just need to Reflash the device.
