USB 3.0 Issue

So, a little over a week ago, my headset won't detect any USB 3.0 port it is plugged in. I have tried lots of solutions to no result. It DID used to work. it just won't now. There's no place that could diagnose my headset where I live. So my question is. Any way to fix this?
*Aditional details:
   -The USB 1.0 to 3.0 controller does have "(Microsoft)" at it's end.

    Like generally? I don't have another USB 3.0 device but everything works on those ports... I think it's some sort of cable problem that has to be physically fixed tho, after some troubleshooting.

    OK, just contact Acer support then. They'll get you fixed up if the headset cables aren't working right.
