Incorrect colors/textures when playing games at Fullscreen with Directx 11 as rendering API

Whenever I play a game that is using directx 11, every color is different to what it is supposed to be.

Temporary fixes that I found are:
1. Change the resolution then back to the desired resolution
2. Alt + Enter to make it go to windowed mode then back to full screen (Alt + tab will just activate the issue if not already)
3. Using Directx 9, 10 or 10.1

I'm looking for a permanent solution for this problem. Screenshot from L.A. Noire using directx 11 fullscreen.

    Can you try re-installing the graphic drivers from device manager or check for a new driver update and update them.

    I uninstalled the drivers and I also did a clean install from amd and still the issue persist

    I am running these specs btw:
    CPU: Ryzen 5 2500U w/ Vega 8 graphics
    RAM: 4GB
    Dedicated GPU: Radeon 535 2GB VRAM
    OS: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (Update 1803)
