throttles when gaming while plugged

my nitro5 an515-51 keeps on throttling when gaming and while plugged..
i have lesser temp. when it is not plugged. i have tried undervolting but still on the 85-95 degree range even if the fans are maxed out

    That's normal to heat up when plugged in because the CPU isn't throttled (unless it overheats). Throttling on battery alone is designed to protect the battery from overloading. Jack E/NJ

    First try alternately vacuuming the air intake port and blowing air thru the air exhaust port a few times to clean out any dust blockages. Jack E/NJ

    Maybe try undervolting. For me it decreased temperatures by 10c in certain situations. I recommend you use XTU (intel extreme tuning utility) as it is the easiest way but if you want the harder way then there is throttlestop. Simply keep decreasing the core voltage until it becomes unstable. I was able to do -200 millivolts until it became unstable on my acer nitro 5 (intel 8300H) but do it slowly as every cpu is different so start at maybe 50 millivolt and continue until your laptop becomes unstable or crashes.

    i already did those steps before but i only get about 2 degrees less
