If Acer Malaysia 🇲🇾 cannot resolve my laptop problem , where else can I complain ?

    I'm sorry that you're having issues with your laptop.  Unfortunately Acer community is not a direct portal to Customer service, Acer employees may read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer moderators may interact with members when appropriate. (case by case basis).


    But primarily the community is a place where members can exchange their own advice, ideas, articles with knowledge and troubleshooting techniques etc. The Acer community is not design for direct customer support consultation, or complaints.

    Aspire V 13. I need to change laptop casing with keyboard. This laptop is only 3 years old however local supplier said that part for this model is  obsolete. I just need to find right channel for me to resolve it.

    Acer-Manny, I get you. By chance if anyone can direct me the right channel to complain as local supplier is not helping much.

    Sorry, this is not full model number. It should be like V3-371 or V3-571 or V3-???  Jack E/NJ
