I am experiencing a similar issue! I bought an Aspire E5-475 two months ago and since yesterday, it has been giving me this error. I noticed signs such as lagging, hanging before this happened. Have tried checking scans etc (I'm afraid to tweak anything as it might turn things worse). Please help!

    Hello Asheedzz and GreangelU,

Please follow the steps below to diagnose and fix it

    1. Restart the computer and start tapping F2 to enter BIOS setup check whether you find something like "HDD model name" and if it does gives alpha numeric information then your hard disk drives detects. if it says "None" which means your hard disk drive is bad. follow further steps if your HDD works.

2.Do power drain by removing the battery and hold down power button for 30 sec if it is non removable battery at the bottom you will see tiny pin hole insert a paper clip and hold it for 30 sec.

3.Tap F9 and do Bios defaults and save configuration by tapping F10.

This process should work if it was a minor glitch

!!!Please accept answer if it does resolve you issue!!!
