Acer Aspire v11 touch memory issues

Hi! I have just recently gone back to studying after 10 years, I have a Acer Aspire v11 touch to complete my assignments on but am finding after downloading the Microsoft office software on to it there is hardly any memory left and it has slowed down loads. On the laptop it says it has 2GB of DDR3 L memory and emmc 32GB. What is this emmc memory? Do I have access to it already? Can I gain access to it if not? Is there anyway I can gain more memory on my little laptop? I really don’t want to have to get something else.

    Hello ZCC,

               You have Acer cloud book so the storage is very limited it is a basic laptop to surf or browse online but you cannot install application which required more memory. you can try doing factory reset and try installing the program again if that did not work means instead trying to install Ms office on your computer you can use office 365 online which does not require more memory.
