So last night, I finally swapped hard drives in my Acer AXC-115-UR20. Cloned it, no problem. The problem came when I swapped the old hard drive for the new one. And it didn't boot. The power light blinked a few times and it just stopped blinking after a bit, and nothing happened. So I put the old drive back in thinking that would fix it, and... no, it didn't. So I'm not sure exactly how screwed I am. I've had the computer for nearly four years, so it's well past warranty. And since it can't boot, I can't get into BIOS. So I'm not sure what to do. Did I brick my computer? Is it salvageable?

  • Try doing a power reset! Turn off the desktop and unplug it from the electrical power; then press the power button for thirty seconds!
Does it emit any beep? Is the Acer logo displayed?
