I've already pressed Fn+NumLk to switch on the keypad, the symbols are working (/*-+) but not the numbers. What can I do?

What happens if you press&hold the Fn key while pressing the number key you want? Jack E/NJ

Nothing is being output if I press&hold Fn and press the intended keypad number. The keypad symbols have their output though.

What happens if you press only the NumLk without the Fn key? How does the keypad react then? Jack E/NJ

Pressing NumLk without Fn is functional F12.
With NumLk on, pressing the integrated keypad without Fn shows normal letters and numbers (top row 789, UIO, JKL)

Make sure you have the latest BIOS.   After you update your computer to the latest BIOS, you'll probably get an automatic Windows Update to update the firmware in Device Manager within a few days.

Click on link below to get latest BIOS 1.08

    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/AE/content/support-product/7226?b=1

To find your current BIOS version, type msinfo32 (System Information) in the Windows search bar.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

Agree with @JordanB . But before you do, check the current firmware menu Main tab for any settings that might relate to this issue. Jack E/NJ

Bios already the latest, Insyde Corp. V1.08, 11/28/2017
Tried the bios update above and says the ROM version is the same

Open Device Manager. Left click Keyboard folder. Uninstall KB. Don't reinstall. Exit Device Manager. Cold reboot. Let Windows to re-detect and auto re-install KB. Jack E/NJ

I can only see Standard PS/2 Keyboard under the Keyboard tree in Device Manager. It tells me to restart in order to finish removing the device (Yes/No). I've tried both Yes (warm reboot) and No (pressing the power button and choose power off). The device appears after reboot and the problem still exist.
p.s. after pressing No, the device did disappear.

the events tab is like this. It's the same pattern each time I tried but sometimes the Device deleted is missing

Never used keypad before until this few days. I remember around 2 months ago after an windows update the display resolution became higher(smaller icons and UI) but blurry, and the brightness button didn't work. It was solved by updating display driver. I'm not sure if the keypad problem is caused by windows update but is there any swift keyboard driver I can try?

Don't think so. Standard key behavior is governed by an old generic driver. Virtual key behavior is often governed by BIOS firmware. I now suspect a Win10Update changed your firmware to v1.08. ACER didn't release this version until 03/06/18. So if you acquired the machine before March 6 this year, that might be related to this issue. Jack E/NJ

    nos302 >>>Bios already the latest, Insyde Corp. V1.08, 11/28/2017>>>

This seems inconsistent with the ACER release date 03/06/2018. I suggest that you do a full reset to a factory-fresh state by the ALT+F10 cold boot method. Turn your machine completely off. Then turn it back on and immediately press and hold the Alt key while tapping the F10 key until a recovery screen appears like that shown in the video below. Re-set the machine. If this does not resolve the FN key behavior, then I suggest you arrange for a warranty repair ASAP by going to this link https://www.acer.com/ac/zh/HK/content/support  Have your machine's serial number id (SNID) ready. Should I let windows update to run after the reset or download and install the bios right after the new windows?

Nevermind, resetted according to the video above, even not using WiFi, the BIOS still shows V1.08 and the keypad numbers not working

This suggests a hardware problem. If the machine is still within the warranty period, go to this link below and arrange for a warranty repair ASAP. Have your machine's serial number id (SNID) ready. Jack E/NJ
