Both items have a yellow triangle and a exclamation mark on the name.

The first is waiting for another device (code51) Dependencies SD\VID_02d0&PID_4324&FN_1\3&18bdeb84&0&0
The second doesnn't startup (code 10)

I'm working with windows 10 1803

OK. Uninstall both items. Don't re-install anything. Then exit Device Mgr. Cold boot and let Windows automatically re-detect and re-install the drivers. If this automatic re-install doesn't work, we can try a system re-set. If the re-set doesn't work, the machine should be returned to the vendor ASAP for a refund or replacement. Jack E/NJ

Do you know if the machine came from the factory with Win8.1 or Win10 installed? Jack E/NJ

OK. If the original factory hidden ACER recovery partition on the eMMC drive is still intact, you may be able to re-set the machine to a factory-fresh Win8.1 or Win10 state. Win8.1 might not be intact if the machine was downgraded to Win10 during Microsoft's free offer period. To find out, you first enter the BIOS menu Main tab and make sure the D2D recovery option is enabled as in the image below. Then save settings and exit the BIOS. Do a cold re-boot and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. If the hidden partition is still OK, you should come up with a Win8.1 or Win10 recovery screen similar to that shown in the video below to reset the machine to factory-fresh. If the error is still present after the factory reset, then unfortunately the wifi hardware may have failed. Jack E/NJ

Then it likely had factory Win8.1.

So first, if you haven't done so already, download and try Win10 Broadcom 5.93.102.19 driver from this link https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/5931?b=1

If that doesn't work then I suggest downloading and trying the Win8.1 Broadcom 5.93.99.204 driver in Win8.1 compatibility mode. To run in compatiblity mode, right click on the EXE file after unzipping it. Select properties. Then click compatibility tab to run in Win8.1 mode.

If they both fail, the only software option left is to purchase the original ACER-specific Windows version on a USB thumbdrive based on the machine's serial number id (SNID) from the ACER store. Price ~$45.
