keyboard makes problems after 1 year

letter d doesnt work anymore
and constantly loose connection

can i open troubleshoot myself .. easy to repair `? warranty ?

    Those are serial numbers not model numbers. Please delete and change to model number. Jack E/NJ

    Press the Win key + the R key. Enter "msinfo32.exe" without the quotes. The system model number should be shown in the list. Jack E/NJ

    Have you tried to repeatedly plug the keyboard dock in & out several times to try to clean its connections to the screen? If that doesn't help, open Device Manager. Do you see any red or yellow device driver warnings. If not, left click on the keyboards folder. Right click on the PS/2 keyboard to uninstall it. Then exit Device Manager. Then reboot the machine to allow Windows to re-detect and automatically re-install the PS/2 driver. Jack E/NJ
