I recently purchased this model and i've encountered some speaker issues. The sound appears to be too soft and can only be heard clearly when i increase the volume up to 70. Also i am unable to enable/disable the true harmony feature which is supposed to be in this model. i've tried re-installing the audio driver according to the troubleshoot but the problem persists. Does anybody have a solution for this?

Youtube videos and internet movies are all over the audio (and video) map. Can't judge anything about your sound output quality and volume from them. Some are great. Some are poor. As for TrueHarmony, it's mostly speaker-design ad hype IMO just as one of the users commented on in that link I posted earlier. Here's some of the ad hype.  https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/acerdesign-trueharmony   Good external speakers still blow them away. Jack E/NJ
