Can’t complete H.265 hardware encoding by PowerDirector 16

Now I’m using [Acer Swift 3 SF315-41]  AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx、2000 Mhz Model.
And, There's the Problem When I use PowerDirector 16.

H.265 Hardware Encoding by PD16 causes crash.

PC's BIOS version and Drivers, PD16's patches are all latest. and Reinstall PD16 several times. but always crash.
(sometimes [STOP CODE VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE. what failed: atikmpag.sys] happens.)

H.264 Hardware Encoding is no problem.

Please tell me how to fix this problem. Thank you.

    Recently, New Acer Bios Updated to 2.03. And, Now I can use H.265 Hardware encoding with PowerDirector 16.


    And I noticed that Video Memory now uses 1024MB. (used 256MB before.)
