[Predator helios 300] Speaker failed

I am using Helios 300 with the lastest bios(1.08) and driver(9.21.0.2307) versions.

But there is something wrong with my speaker.

As you can see in picture below, my volume icon has a red cross on it.

And it said no audio output  device is installed.

I got this problem 3 times after buy this laptop(14 july).

Every time this problem happen my video will play like 0.5x speed. Everything will be slow down.

At the first time,I had tried remove the driver and reinstall it.

Even reset to factory setting but problem didn't get solve. so I assumed that may be my speaker broken.

So. I opened the back plate and disconnected the connector and reconnect it again.

This helped my speaker to came back again.

After a few hours, it happen again after I connected my earphone jack to this laptop. Everything slow down.

My video played at 0.5x speed again.

this time I did reconnect the speaker's cable again but this time it doesn't help.

So I did a few reboots and the speaker came back.

At this third time, I connect my bluetooth mouse reciever to usb 3.0 port and everything slow down again.

I knew my laptop is going to be this problem again but this time I had installed ubuntu 16.04 for if this problem happen again I will test on ubuntu is the speak alive or not, and "YES" on ubuntu my speak is dead too.

So if please tell me how to solve this problem cause this problem is annoying me to much.
