Helios 300 is not getting started.

I was watching a movie and suddenly pictures were freezed, so I tried to close I or retrieve but it wasn't.
I force stopped it using power button.
Later on I tried to restart it but it is not showing any display only keyboard light is showing.
Please help me out.

    Press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds until the machine is completely off. If the machine has a battery reset pinhole on the bottom, remove the charger. Then press a paper clip into the pinhole to disconnect the battery for about 10 seconds. Then let the machine rest for about 15 mins. Then plug the charger back in and try to turn the machine on again. Jack E/NJ

    And then disable the "quick startup" option under power settings.

    I'd like to add if it's the 8th gen CPU Helios then you need to update to the latest BIOs found here:

    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

    If it is not the 8th gen Helios and you are using Chrome for your videos then go into Chrome's settings and disable "Hardware Acceleration" and try again.
