One month ago I've bought my new ACER laptop Predator PH317-51 (Serial Number NHQ29EM002818019213400 - SNID 81800643334). It was working fine with my regular tasks and also video games. I installed "Fortnite" and "For Honor" then started to play where everything was fine and cool. A week ago, while I'm playing Fortnite, the game stopped working and hilarious random lines appeared out everywhere (As can be seen here https://vimeo.com/user87113095/review/278998429/6ee099a61c).

After that I did the following:
1. Updated Nividia driver (Problem Still Not Fixed)
2. Deleted Nividia driver with clean removal using DDU (Problem Still Not Fixed)
3. Installed a downgraded stable version of Nividia (Problem Still Not Fixed)
4. Reset the system and clean the SSD from any programs (Problem Still Not Fixed)
5. Deleted and re-installed the games again (Problem Still Not Fixed)

Every time I'm trying to open the game I got the same lines with any thing moves in the monitor even when I watch in Netflix using the Nividia display only
How can I fix this problem ?

OS: Windows 10 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134)
Nividia: GTX 1060 (Drive updated 398.36)
BIOS: V1.15

    >>First, please try a simple power reset and check the issue. Shutdown the laptop. Disconnect the charger. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger, power On the laptop and check the issue.

    Check with External display.
    >>Try connecting an external monitor to the laptop's HDMI port and see what the display is like.
If it displays OK then you either have a faulty video cable, a faulty video cable connection at either end motherboard or screen, or a faulty LCD screen.
If it displays the same as the laptop's screen, then you either have a GPU problem most probably CPU as they are integrated or a motherboard problem.

    Check in BIOS page.
    >>Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds to turn your computer completely off. Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press the F2 key to enter the BIOS. Let me tell you one thing that BIOS has no link with Operating System.
So, if you notice the vertical lines are still appearing while you entered the BIOS, it means the problem is related to the hardware. If you see no vertical lines in BIOS, it shows that it is a software issue.

If the device is in warranty, please contact Acer support in your region and they will help you fix the issue under warranty.

Constant artifacts (the lines) are a sign of impending/ongoing GPU hardware failure.  I have RMA'ed desktop cards from both Nvidia and AMD for those reasons (instantly accepted for RMA after providing screenshots).  I would get your laptop warranty serviced.
