Hi everyone!

So, i have a question. I got my previous acer stolen, but as i bought a new one i see that it's still connected to my acer account. Is there a way it can be tracked? I'd really like to get the previous laptop back.

Best regards,
Henri

Laptops cannot be easily traced like mobile phones.
Outlook,Facebook, Gmail, Dropbox etc. are some websites you can get the location of your stolen laptop. (if you already logged into your any of these accounts on that device). You can Google to get the steps for each app and find the last account acitivity.
Please contact Acer support in your region and flag the serial number of your device in Acer database as stolen.
Also, For more information regarding this process please contact Acer support.

Yes you can do it even from Microsoft if you give them your serial number they can check it from Microsoft spy apps like camera microphone etc. Even if the thief fresh installed Windows you motherboard numbers still the same
