Acer nitro 5 Shutting down problem

I've had this laptop for about 3 weeks. And nothing has happened to it and it works perfectly except for one thing. When I unplug the power brick and it's running on battery life... It tends to shut down by itself without warning, a complete black out. No it doesn't have to reach low battery life to shut down, it shuts down occasionally even when it has plenty of battery life left. I've read online and it looks like I'm not alone when it comes to this problem with this laptop. Does anybody know or have a solution towards a fix? I already have the BIOS up-to-date and I reseted the battery by clicking the small hidden button on the back of the laptop.  Please HELP.

Does this happen only while using the laptop on battery power?
Dees this happen when you place it on your knee, or even move the screen lid it?

    1) Try to do a simple power reset by disconnecting the AC adapter. Turn off the computer and remove the battery pack. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds, then release the power button. Connect the AC adapter and power ON the laptop to check if the issue is resolved.

    2) Please check for a screw near the battery pinhole at the bottom of your laptop. Gently tighten the screws near the battery pinhole and check the frequent occurance of this problem.

    3) Expand display adapter in device manager. Right click an disable the NVIDIA display driver, and put to sleep. Observe for some time.

If problem exists,  contacting your seller or Acer support service.

I'm having the same issue too with my Acer Nitro 5, after 3 weeks without any problem, he started to shutdown randomly, bios is 1.13, i tried the battery reset and tightened all the back screws. My biggest problem also is that Acer is no more available in my country so i have to contact my reseller and i don't really know if they can fix this problem.
Edit: Nothing seems to trigger this problem it's just so random it can happen twice in two minutes on a table and disappear for 30 minutes on my knees and vice versa.

Same problem here! not sure what to do about it. RECALL these ACER! Or give me a refund or a better computer or something.

I discovered that mine shuts off when my FitBit Charge 2 is near it. https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/544782/nitro-5-an515-51-turning-off-caused-by-fitbit

I discovered it's not the FitBit. It's the magnetic clasp on the band. There's a spot near the front of the keyboard, just left of the touch pad. When the magnet gets near it, everything goes dark. (Sorry for falsely accusing the FitBit!)

What is the full model number of your laptop?
Have you already performed the above mentioned troubleshooting steps?
