    Hi,
If you are replacing the HDD with a Samsung Evo 860 2.5" SSD, most probably it won't void the warranty but if you have a warranty warning sticker in any of the screws is present, you may have to get the confirmation from the Acer Support centre in your region.

    Hi,
Yes, the warranty is handled differently in different regions, it's up to you to send the laptop to Acer Service centre for upgrade or do it by yourself, I don't work for or represent Acer in anyway, so you have to take my advice at your own risk.
This is what I would do, replace the HDD with a SSD and keep the original hard drive with original factory settings, if and when you have to send it for any warranty repair, put the original HDD and send it, you need to make sure that you don't damage any screws or damage any cables while replacing the HDD.

The actual reason I want to replace my original HDD is that most the time Hdd shows 100percent usage even when I am copying data from one partition of my hard disk to other.is this happens with you also? or my original hard disk has some problem with it.
