I'm trying to connect my Playstation 4 to the computer using the HDMI inputs but it shows as no signal when I go to the HDMI input.

What is the full model number of your Acer computer?
Does it have an HDMI-in or HDMI-out port?

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

Yes, the model number of your computer is AU5-610.
Does the PS4 work with your TV?
Does it work with any other monitors?
Did you try plugging the HDMI cable into an HDMI port on your TV and check it?
Also check the Menu Key Combo button at the right side of your computer.

Boot PS4 in Safe mode , Go to Settings on the PS4, Scroll down to Sound and Screen, Go into Video Output Settings, and play around with them settings,

Plug it into the TV and go to the settings and go to system and disable HDCP and then try plugging it into your All-in-one computer. See of that helps.

Unless I'm confused you are trying to connect the HDMI output of the PS4 into an HDMI port on the computer. That won't work because the HDMI ports are outputs. You can plug the PS4 into the monitor, but not the computer.

Typically the HDMI, even on all-in-ones, is an output to allow you another monitor. But I see in the specs that there's both an HDMI out and an HDMI in port on that model. The HDMI in is the port farthest from the USB ports on the back of the machine and it looks like it should support up to 1920x1080 at 60Hz. What resolution is the PS4 trying to use?

You must connect it to a monitor

It is very common that even if a computer has hdmi out/in ports that it is simply a passthrough connection in which case you could need to connect another monitor to view the playstations output.

For example my Alienware alpha also has hdmi in & out but does not see what I plug into it (I attempted to use it as a capture card). It simply passed the hdmi in to the hdmi out for display on that external screen.
