its because these are ips panels and they have backlight bleed i also have replaced my lcd panel two time but still little bit backlight bleed is there...so if you are very lucky then you will get your lcd panel without backlight bleed

ips panels have backlight bleed..so its not guaranteed that after replacing the lcd screen will solve your problem unless you are very lucky. ;)

Acer would defiantly check the screen and at least make sure its somewhat better than when I sent it in  though Correct  ? haha

I've had a lot of luck with Acer Predators and backlight bleed.  I sent back one Alienware 17 R4 and two HP Omen laptops due to backlight bleed.  It was really bad.  I've had two Acer Predator 17's, neither of which have any.  Now, the key point here is: these are IPS panels and there's a phenomenon called IPS glow which is inherent in all IPS displays.  That light or "glow" will show when viewing the screen at certain angles.  The difference between IPS glow and backlight bleed is, backlight bleed will show light no matter what angle you're looking at, and IPS glow will fluctuate as you move your head and is not really noticeable or distracting.

The first thing I do when getting a new laptop is to go here and check for any http://www.lightbleedtest.com/

In my opinion, Acer will do a good job in fixing yours.
