i have the acer predator helios 300 PH315-51 model . when the system is plugged in to  charge then i get a constant 60-61 fps but when not plugged then i get constant 30 fps ...how ? Then suddenly once i got 100 -115 fps out of no where and then the next time i tried to play the game it went back to being 60-61. i play rainbow six siege and these are the stats from the same game . Please tell me of a solution to get 100- 115 fps and at least 60 fps when not plugged in to charge .

When the laptop is not plugged in, the performance will be reduced by 40-50% and there is no fix for that. There reason why your fps is capped at 60 is because v-sync is enabled and you have to disable it from nvidia control panel and in-game settings.

Note: there is no point disabling vsync as your screen's refresh rate is 60Hz and anything above 60fps will look just like 60fps. Vsync helps reducing the amount of screen tear.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
