You cannot directly upgrade from 32 to 64 bit Win10. You must do a clean full Win10  64-bit install which means wiping the hard drive. But before you try this, double check your System Information to make sure your it's configured as a x64-based machine. Jack E/NJ

Sorry, this BIOS is restricted UEFI mode to protect the factory-installed Win10 32. So Win7 64 isn't possbile since it requires a legacy BIOS mode. The BIOS updates will likely have similar restrictions so I don't recommend them. Win10 64 should install but only by first wiping the eMMC clean of the Win10 32. Your Win10 64 installation media should allow you to clean the eMMC first. But before you wipe the eMMC, you should make a backup copy of the Win10 32 system. Jack E/NJ

OK. F2 into the BIOS and set a supervisor password. F10 to save settings and exit. Then reboot and F2 back into the BIOS again with the supervisor password. Then disable secure boot. F10 again to save settings and exit. Then reboot and try to install the 64-bit Windows. Jack E/NJ
