    • Restore the laptop on factory default

    Hi guys, I really need some help right now. I  formatted the laptop from windows 10 to windows 7 to make it work in domain issue,the this is there is no driver compatible with windows 7, is there a way to restore the laptop on factory default?? the laptop is Acer Aspire F5-573G.

      You can download for free a windows 10 isntallation media from Microsoft servers and then download drivers from Acer support website:

      https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

       

      or buy the official Acer recovery media, with all the drivers and Acer software pre-installed:

      Acer recovery media
      US:
      https://store.acer.com/en-us/extended/recovery/

      Canada:
      https://store.acer.com/en-ca/extended/recovery/


      if you are outside the US and Canada, you must call/email your regional Acer support service:
      http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/

      Thank you for your reply, but i checked the website and acer only have windows 10 as the available driver. Can I use erecovery management as an option? will it work on my pc even if i did reformat it?

      Ehm...you can only re-install windows 10 on your laptop...i don't understand your question.

      Can someone help me! My acer aspire e14 stuck up in insydeH2O setup utility.. I cant even exit even after clicking save and exit.. It just shows the logo and back to the setup utility again...

      Unless you zapped the recovery partition, Alt+F10 should let you restore to Windows 10
