Mic Background Noise Problem on Aspire GX-281. Computer faulty or Not?

I have made this topic on many sites, yet no one can tell me what causes this problem and is my PC faulty.

When I use front plug-in of the PC for my mic (headset) it causes that weird noise in the background. I have tested 2 headsets, Trust and Turtle Beach x12, another one is USB headset, another one isn't but problem still persists on both. I have tested back plug-in of the PC as well, I think noises aren't so loud but still annoying and I think quality of my voice is worse if I use back plug-ins to record my mic. Also if I put volume to max on my Turtle Headset I hear a lot of different weird sounds and in game like "Fortnite" the sound changes EVERYTIME when I click on the different game menu tab.
That's not my problem tho, but I believe it has something to do with mic as well. My earlier Acer Aspire had no this problem, but it wasn't gaming computer, in the beginning.

See these videos and you'll know what I mean (also see how sound appears whenever I move my game character or when I speak):

I use OBS to record my videos and noise reduction feature doesn't remove this problem in the first place, at all. It removes humming only.
I have tied many things, messed with my audio settings, moved away from my speakers. It feels like problem lays inside of the computer...

What Am I Supposed to Do. Is this normal or is it just faulty PC?

If the problem appears both with the small phono jack type mics and the USB mic, it's not hardware. If it were one would exhibit the issue and the other wouldn't. That pretty much takes you to the recording software or perhaps a high level function in the drivers. Have you tried different software to record?

I have tried another software, I don't exactly remember did I hear that weird noise, because if I use another software I hear humming noise strongly, so it's a bit hard to tell if I can hear that voice (guess I have to give it another try). The voice you hear in the videos, is strongest when I play that Flash game, if I exit the game, like I go to the desktop, noise isn't so loud, but definitely can be heard, still. But then again, that's not full screen recording, not sure if it's different with full screen recording. I used "selected area" recording in the vids above.

The 2 headsets I talked about, another one is completely jack type, and another one is usb with jack.

May be a silly question, but have you tested these headsets on different devices?

Yes I have. I have used Trust headset many years, and Turtle one 2-3 years, so I definitely have used them on another PCs. I have never had noise like this in the background, and especially not a noise that gets stronger when I mouseclick in Flash game or jump from window to another window. Whenever I had noises, it was just usual humming or static that could be removed with Windows noise cancellation or OBS noise cancellation feature. I have had background noises (on my earlier computers) that appear when I play certain games (online games, usually) and it has been static noise, but this isn't anything similar, this is ufo.

It may be something else entirely, but for me I had the EXACT same sound when using my DAW Desktop without a power strip regulator, the voltages from the outlet make sound wooshy/digital. Ended up purchasing a Monster Pro power strip and it removed my background "wooshing"... But I was also using some serious gear/cards.

Have you disabled the microphone and checked if it's coming from headphones or mic? Process of elimination is a good place to start.

Disabled from audio panel (settings, etc.) or un-plugged or both?

Would it make sense that the noise appears during recordings as you can hear those sounds if you watch all the videos above I linked.
If you can hear those voices as I can hear them and you will hear them, then I wouldn't blame speakers or headphones.

Yeah I'm just seeing where you said you moved away from the speakers.

Have you reinstalled audio driver? Or rolled back to Acers?

No, I haven't. I hardly believe it's problem with drivers and if I'd ever remove my audio drivers, is it even possible to get them back? Nor did I roll back, either. It's not always so easy to get drivers back even if you can download them from official websites. I don't have good experience about Acer products at all, since my earlier Acer desktop PC had problems with USB port, disconnected during file transferring, optical drive worked badly and finally it broke completely when I messed with drivers.

Getting exactly correct drivers back seem to be hard task. I don't trust in Restore Point that much either as it didn't work back then, on my earlier PC, just gave me error.

Well given the HUGE issues I've seen with the Helios 300 (I run a group on Facebook with 2300+ owners) I'd say rolling back to Acers drivers is worth a shot.
Initially windows couldn't update the Acer's "tweaked" Intel VGA or Chipset or ACHI but the latest windows update force updated all of those drivers and it caused issues across the board.
Also windows force updated Acer's realtek driver which caused issues with Dolby, undervolting and sleep states.
Go here and search your PCs model and find the Audio drivers.

    https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers

After you've installed that driver, right click your start button and go to device manager and find the "intel audio" something something drivers.... There are a couple there I can't recall the exact names as I'm not at my computer... Right click and update those as well.

Acer has been making their own hardware for 20+ years so it's not surprising that they have their own specialty drivers for their rigs.

Re-install didn't help, annoying sound after mouse clicking is still there. I'm not surprised at all, tho.
Usually when I have problem, I'll never get it fixed, and that's just how it is. Especially, if the problem is so unwanted...
Also, I don't have Intel audio something on my computer, don't think I have had on any computer that I owned.

I would like to add that it still sounds like an earthing or isolation issue.
But you can also try disabling the microphone boost to see if that helps.

I don't have any Intel Smart audio here, hmm.., no any Intel there.

Also, I keep my mic boost 0 to avoid things like this, but that's not the case now :|
