acer e5-573g , laptop turn off when remove adapter

hi

i have Acer Aspire E5-573g laptop. in windows The Battery shows 89% avaible and plugged in,charging

If I remove AC power cord, the Laptop will turn off imediately and without ac power cord won't turn on

just worked about 5 minute .. then laptop turned off (on battery)

now power adapter is connected

Hi,

You could try a battery calibration and if that doesn't help, I think you may have to buy a new battery, if it's under warranty send it to Acer service centre and they will fix it.

last night laptop was more than 1 hour on battrey ... morning have been turned off again (not sleep or hibernate)

today i unpluged the ac cable and let the computer (at safe mode) run on battery until it shuts down.

after a year i couldn't find acer 573g battery,
local warranty said you should put laptop here for a month and we order battery from another country.
i searched internet couldn't find a genuine acer battery.

don't buy acer laptops, don't have quality and don't have support.

battery voltage is 15.36v

when i connect battery to laptop, voltage is 0.1v to 0.5v

and when i push battery reset button, voltage goes to around 15v for seconds and then dump to 0.1v

what's problem?

It could be a faulty battery, don't use the reset pin often as it may get damaged, you can buy from any online store like amazon or similar, I can provide the Part number, you have to shop online.

why betray voltage is 15.36v when it's disconnected. . when battery connected to laptop voltage is about 0.1v
