Hello,

Sometimes when I boot the PC up I get a No Signal with a black screen. My PC is working fine, tried it with other cables. Drivers are updated. And sometimes when I play games suddenly I get a black screen with No Signal. So its random when it occurs to me. Any Idea why this happends?

I have Windows 10 Pro, playing on 1080p 144Hz, Acer Predator XB241Hbmipr , DisplayPort v1.4.

I think this has to do with the resolution. When the game randomly drops the message, it is an indication that the screen resolution cannot fit the monitor properly. Can you check the resolution settings within Nvidia Control Panel as one and then move forward.

This will work if you have an Nvidia Card: http://www.nvidia.com/object/custom_resolutions.html

    BElieve in YOUrself.

    Hi thanks for helping me,

I checked my settings on Nvidia and Windows 10, they both say 1920x1080 resolution with G Sync enabled.

I also noticed some videos where people say disconnect all cables and power for 5min and reconnect to fix this issue. But its the first time I encounter this issue on a new screen I bought.
