Problem about installing a SSD M2 and Minitool Partition Wizard

Hello, guys! I have a brazilian Predator, that came with a 2TB HDD, so I bought a crucial SSD with 275GB and installed it. Everything went fine: the SSD appeared on the BIOS and the notebook recognized it.

I read here in this forum about the software called Minitool Partition Wizard, that could Migrate the OS from the HDD to the SSD. All I want is put my OS on the SSD and some programs on it, using the HDD to store all the other files, so It looked great. Long story short story, I downloaded the software and use the option to "Migrate OS from HDD to SSD" chosing the second option "...move my operation system to another hard disk and keep the hard disk on the computer" (you can see it here https://www.minitool.com/help-pw/migrate-os-to-ssd-hd.html) since, as I said before, I wanted to stay with the HDD partition (obviosly). But it was not what happened.

When the system rebooted, it SEEMS that the first part of the deal (Migrate the OS to the SSD) worked, but not the second (stay with the hard disk on the computer). The only partition that I see now is the Crucial (SSD). The partition of the HDD disappeared.

Some screentshots (Portuguese):
- My computer, that you can see the SSD on C: https://ibb.co/dGnQyy
- The task manager showing the SSD (Disco 0) and what I imagine is the HDD (Disco 1): https://ibb.co/mDQpQd

Since Im a total newbie in the matter, here are my questions:
1- What happened?
2- How do I know if the partition that Im using, and the Operation System, is on the SSD (all I said here are assumptions of mine that I dont know if its correct).
3- How do I activate this HDD partition to show on my computer?
4- At the momment, I didnt change anything about the Boot Options or Boot Priorization (talking about the BIOS, on put the priority to the SSD). Do I need to change anything, or since the Minitool Partition Wizard already transfered to the SSD its ok?

Im all lost here. Please, enlight me. Its been 3 days trying to put this to work and nothing :(

Take care!

Hi, the partition of the HDD disappeared because they don't have drive letter, you can check in your screenshot https://ibb.co/kuZ5Fd Just open minitool partition wizard, right click Acer partition (1816G), and give it a drive letter, it will shows in Windows Explorer again.

    Hi,
You have everything in your 2TB original HDD, so what I would suggest is to do the migration again, delete the partitions in Disk1(Crucial), shrink the 2TB HDD to roughly 275GB, so you will end up with a 275GB partition and the rest will show as unallocated in your HDD, try the migration again but select Option A, migrate the whole 275GB partition from HDD to Crucial, then change the Boot order to make the SSD as your first boot. Once you are happy with the migration, you can delete the HDD and use it for additional storage.
I hope this will resolve the problem.

Brummy, I appreciate so much the comment. Understanding that Im a newbie,  do you mind telling step-by-step what/how should I do? Kinda confused here :(

"You have everything in your 2TB original HDD": I didnt get. So Im not using my SSD yet?

Here I go with the step by step and my questions (at least what I understood)
1 - Do the migration again: Do you mean migrate the Partition Disk 1 (256GB Crucial) to the Disk 2 (HD 1863GB Original)? At this momment, I should use option A or option B?

2- Delete the partition in Disk 1: so I assuming I will migrate the Disk 1 to Disk 2 and, after that, delete the partition in Disk 1 (that in the theory, wont have anything there). Do I delete using the Minitool Wizard Partition by clicking the partition and select "Delete All Partition"?

3- Shrink the 2TB HDD to roughly 275GB: I assume that youre talking about the only partition that I will have - since, in the last step - I will delete the other partition, right? Please, how do I do it (Shrink) ?

4- and the rest will show as unallocated in your HDD: I didnt get it but I think it wont matter for the process (the fact that I understood or not)

5- try the migration again but select Option A, migrate the whole 275GB partition from HDD to Crucial: Ok, this one I got it :D

6- Once you are happy with the migration, you can delete the HDD and use it for additional storage: I didnt get one thing: in this proccess, wont I have 2 partitions of 275GB? How can I format the HD partition to have 2 TB again?

One more time, I appreciate the effort to explain to a newbie like me, brummty!

    Hi,
No, I think I have not made myself clear, don't do anything yet, can you please post the disk management picture, like the one in my snip, it's already 1 AM and off to bed, so I'll look in to it tomorrow morning.

    Hi,
You could try removing the HDD from laptop and try booting, if the migration is done correctly it will boot without any issues. Could you please post what happens when you remove the HDD and booting with only the SSD.
    2. Then remove the SSD and try booting with only 2TB HDD only and post the results as well.

Thanks, brummy. I will do this when I get home and tell you guys the results. Is it ok to the process if I do what Yvete222 told me as well?
