My Acer Aspire V5-571 shut down yesterday randomly and when I tried to start it again it came up a blue screen with some text for 2-4 seconds then it said it prepared to repair it but it didn’t and instead the blue screen came up again and then the computer turned off. I tried taking the battery out but nothing changed. What do I do?

The best thing to do is reinstall Windows ... if you need some help to install Windows tell me it

If you would, you can upgrade to Windows 10 but you need a serial key

    download this tool, whocrashed:

before running it, browse to C:\windows\minidump
delete all files apart the first 2-3 files (newest)
then install whocrashed and run it
    click on Analyze
    report here the result.
    I'm not an Acer employee.
