I want to use the full power of my pcie m.2 and I can't until I remove the raid0

    Unfortunately this option is not available in BIOS. If your laptop comes with an m.2 ssd and hdd they are not in raid0 even if the BIOS is showing raid0. If you accidentally created a RAID0 from intel RST the easiest way to delete the RAID0 array is to physically disconnect the HDD, reinstall windows on the single SSD and then connect the HDD back.
    Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

    Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

    It came preinstalled with a raid0, in the info of the bios it says sata raid
