Hello,
I have for the whole year I’ve had this PC had startup loops and nothing but problems. I have had multiple startup loops and blue screens of death where I would have to reset my pc, but NOTHING to this extent. Here are the details.
1. Right as I start it up, it loads for up to an hour until the pc eventually turns off, or turns to a black screen with nothing but backlight
2. It no longer loads to prepare automatic repairs, it sits on this screen
3. All I can access is bios
4. I tried to use a boot drive to get into the automatic repair and advanced options, and loading up into automatic repair wouldn’t even work in the first place
5. The only thing it can do is bios and sit in the Acer screen, the last thing I was doing was checking my email and I looked away and it went black...
If there is a way I can fix this by myself, please help me... I also need to know the root of the problem. Is it the hard drive? Do I need to purchase a new one? Please help, thank you so much.

Just replaced the hard drive, downloaded windows on the new one, and just put it in the pc, the other one wouldn’t even do anything after anything anybody suggested, but the cost was nothing for me, so it’s like a new pc. Thanks though!

Turn off the laptop and flip the laptop upside down, Underneath the laptop you will see the tiny pin hole( Reset Hole), insert a paper clip and push the paper slip inside the pin hole and hold the paper clip for 10- 30 Seconds, After this procedure follow the below steps.

Hi, Turn off the system and power on the system, Before you see the Acer logo, Press the ALT key and in the mean while start tapping the F10 key simultaneously,

Select troubleshoot- Remove every thing and reinstall windows - Click fully clean the drive- Reset.

All it does is go into a black screen again with just black light, tried hooking up to monitor, nothing, not a screen problem.

    Hi,

Try Hard shutdown 4 or 5 times and if you're getting into a Automatic repair Screen wait for your computer to finish Automatic Repair and diagnosing your PC, once everything finished Select Advanced Repair Options and Choose Troubleshoot -> Reset -> Remove Everything -> Fully Clean the Drive -> Reset.

Use the Computer once Reset is Completed.

    # if the About steps doesn't work Try Windows Media Creation Tool for windows Re-Installation.
