Switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, once completed leave the laptop to rest for 15-20 mins before you start again.

Simply uninstall Acer apps.

I too had a problem with my Aspire E15 randomly restarting, and realized that a log-in box for the Acer portal popped up with each random restart. So, I uninstalled the portal and haven't had a problem since.
