When a critical system process fails to run, the operating system will crash with a Critical Process Died Stop Error 0x000000EF or Blue Screen displayed on your Windows computer.
If you have made any recent changes try to restore your computer to previous healthy state and check the issue.
    >>>>>>Check and repair system file error
Use System File Checker to find and fix system file errors
Run System File Checker in Windows  and type cmd in start search box.
Right-click cmd and choose Run As Administrator.
At the command prompt, type sfc /scannow and hit Enter.
The SFC utility will run for a while and if any corruptions or errors are found, replace them on reboot.

    >>>>>The second option is a System Refresh. You will not lose your data, but your base operating system will still be re-installed. This is less likely to fix your problem, but may still work.

    >>>>>The other option is a clean installation. You will lose all your data, but this is almost completely guaranteed to fix your problem.

i recently downloaded the app Whocrash coz i read it from a forum, so i tried it but not sure if it's accurate. and the results this:
6 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

atikmdag.sys (ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver, Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination with the errors that have been reported for these drivers. Include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions on the web by users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

System File Checker will automatically prompt to replace them and you may restart your computer to apply the

if atikmdag.sys file is causing the issue, you try uninstalling and reinstall the display drivers.
Also, check if you have the latest version of BIOS update installed on your device.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
    supported in offline servicing scenarios.

    Results in SFC @Sharanji

Please try to press and hold the power button about 5~8 seconds until the laptop is shut down. Press and hold the F2 button , then click the power button until the BIOS  screen display.  Check if the hard disk name is displayed next to HDD model name.  If listed check the first boot device in boot options. Press F9 to load default settings. Press F10 to save and exit from BIOS. The laptop would restart automatically.
