Two months ago I bought my new laptop Acer Aspire 7. Recently I noticed that music played on the laptop comes only from the right speaker. On the headphones the sound goes from both sides, so the error is clearly in the loudspeaker. I tried to search in settings on my own, but till now I have not found any option to "turn on" the left speaker. I checked also the balance and it is set correctly, in the middle.
When I make the test of the speakers in settings the sound is coming only from the right speaker. The left speaker doesn't play the test sound, even though I see on the screen that the sound is going to the speaker. 
I do not know if it's possible that the left speaker is turned off from the beginning? It would be strange, but first I would like to try to activate it somehow. I wouldn't like to complain, because I like this laptop.

Can you advise something? Or do you think that there is nothing to look for and the loudspeaker just doesn't work? Anyone have the same laptop and can tell if everything works good from the beginning?
