You should not try to install Windows in legacy mode from a MBR partitioned FAT32 installation boot stick. It should be left in UEFI mode and installed with a GPT partitioned FAT32 boot stick. Jack E/Nj

Use the Windows media creation tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10  However, if your machine does not have an embedded Windows OEM license on its mainboard, Windows may not be properly installed or be activated without purchasing a license. Jack E/NJ

I am sure this won't make me poplar. There are alternatives to windows 10. https://ubuntu-mate.org/
All the software is free. Office, Games/graphics and much much more. I run Ubuntu Mate 17.10 on my  A515-51G which originally came with windows 10, but wouldn't even connect to the internet using  my aircard. Ubuntu did. If you Still need some windows programs see if they run in Wine which I use for sketchup. I even run a dos based autocad program. I run two versions of steam windows and linux. I dont even run an antivirus but those are available for free as well. Great community on the Internet giving advice on what programs are available and how to install them. Best part no more BSOD.

Can you access the BIOS by tapping F2 on cold boot? If yes, enable the F12 boot menu in the Main tab. Check the Boot tab to see if you have a USB drive in the boot order. You can try to make it first in the boot order ahead of the endless boot mgr. Jack E/NJ
