    So I did an update for Windows 10 and now my keyboard and mouse aren't working when Windows boots up.  They work if I'm in the Bios set up but not when my Windows boots.  How can I fix this? Please help

      What ACER model & number? Try completely shutting the machine off by pressing and holding the power button for 5 seconds. Then turn it back on an immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. This should bring you into a recovery screen. Follow directions on the recovery screen to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. Jack E/NJ

      I tried what you said and it says "operating system not found"cntrl although delete to restart".

      Please try to stay on this one thread. Starting other threads and PMs on the same issue will only confuse the issue. The suggestion didn't work because you've posted a problem with a desktop on one of the laptop forums. What is the Windows version on this desktop? Jack E/NJ
