What do you mean that the BIOS is not original? Can you send a picture of the BIOS?
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Can you take a photo of the BIOS menu? When you enter the BIOS by pressing F2 what should appear is something like this:

This is how the BIOS' interface is supposed to look like. The options are very limited, because the BIOS is locked.

What I meant was that this version "V0.06wmi3" is not the one that is installed on this laptop model by acer, so someone changed it, anyway here is it

Sorry for my misunderstanding, most likely the person who used the laptop before you has modded the BIOS in order to unlock the settings not provided from Acer by defult. Unfortunately, Acer doesn't provide the files needed to create a bootable drive in order to install the BIOS.

This is a link to the .exe files that update the BIOS via windows, maybe it is possible to create a bootable drive with the files inside the executable. I wouldn't recommend you to try updating the BIOS, as the BIOS isn't the original and running the update might brick the system.

At the end you don't need the original BIOS, as with this modded BIOS all settings are unlocked and adjustable, giving you more control of the system.

yeah, the update doesn`t work and I really don't know how to create a bootable drive to change the bios. Anyway for me a different one would be ok, but with this version the drivers for the GPU are not working and I`m not able to install them ( I tried Acer drivers, Nvidia drivers, windows update but nothing worked..)

It seems that the person who installed the custom BIOS has messed up the laptop and probably that is the reason why he sold it. If you bought the laptop from an authorised seller, you most likely should be able to return it or have some kind of a warranty.

If returning it is not an option, you can look for BIOS modding communities and they might be able to send you the files of the legit BIOS to use them so you can reflush it or send you a modded BIOS that will actually work.

You should be able to flash the BIOS from a USB thumb drive, just need to create a Boot drive with Rufus and have the correct BIOS files from Acer, remember correctly you'll need to extract the files from the Acer .exe file.  As long as the computer can read the USB Boot drive should be fairly straight forward.

Just one, there is a post detailing, but cant remember.  Try looking at the post regarding bad BIOS updates, RUFUS can easily create the required boot USB.

Try entering the BIOs and hitting F9 to default the BIOs then F10 to Save & Exit.

Should default to factory settings for the BIOs.

It should correct the issue since even if a BIOs is unlocked it doesn't automatically change any of the values set from the manufacturer.
