Hi, i recently bought a Predator Helios 300 PH317-51 and in the beginning it worked great, but since two weeks ago, it began to turn off suddenly, without previous warning, and nothing was wrong up to what i could verify. I always keep an eye on the system's temperature using Predator Sense and it normally goes to 60° in average, but sometimes goes to 70-80 during gaming sessions, and i handle the computer very kindly and safe to make it last the longest time possible.

The problem here is that, normally and most frequently, when i'm playing Rainbow Six Siege, the laptop turns off as if i pressed the power button, and it bugs me a lot, due to the fact that it doesn't overheats and everything is in order. I even lowered the game settings since i first started playing the game to help the computer not over extend itself, but i guess that's not the problem at all.
Other times it has turned off were by using Microsoft Edge and staying on desktop doing nothing or just downloading some stuff.

I don't know what the root of the problem could be, or if anyone else had the same situation as i did, and would like to know if there's a solution i can do. In the worst case scenario, i'll have to contact Acer support, but i would like to know if there are other options.

Thanks in advance.
