Switching off and not fully charging

I would very much appreciate assistance with a persistent problem.
My Acer ES1-571-37EF switches off completely when the battery power reaches about 49% and wont switch on unless plugged into power. Its starts to act as though the power is low (the screen becoming dim) when it reaches about 52%. When plugged into power, it only charges to about 76% then the "plugged in, not charging" status appears.

It is less than a year old and this has been happening for about 2 months now.

I've attempted to reset the battery with no success (by inserting a pin into that little battery hole at the bottom). I've also done a factory restore twice to fix other problems which were sorted but the battery issue persists.

May I please get assistance in this regard?
