My spin 3 was working all day yesterday and today, I went to use it again and it shut off. It was plugged in, I switched outlets, I tried the reset button and let it unplugged for 5 mins (since you can’t take the battery out) Not sure what else to try.

Do you see any LEDs lit when it's plugged in? Jack E/NJ

I have purchased two of these.  One for me and one for my father.  They both exhibit the same behavior without warning.  The laptop goes dark and will not turn back on.  Only after letting it sit for a while will it eventually power up.  Usually after 24 hours.  This is clearly a systemic issue that ACER needs to provide a fix for.  Immediately!

Sounds like the batteries have either lost most of their capacity or are being stored unplugged in fast boot mode for long periods of time. When they are able to boot, try this. Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity. Jack E/NJ
