How do I upgrade Windows 10 and stop my computer from continually failing?
Hi, new here, and terrible with technology. My computer (Aspire One Cloudbook 11) has no storage so I can't upgrade Windows 10. Recently my computer has been losing functions. First, the computer is plugged in and it says the battery is charging but the % is going down bit by bit. Then I lost my Sleep option. Now the graphics are glitchy, the screen got brighter and I can't change it, and my sound doesn't work (no sound at all, streaming music doesn't play, and videos seem stuttery.) I attached an external hard drive to make the upgrade work but it makes no difference. I was told I have a software malfunction, I don't know if that's true. Any advice would be extremely appreciated, thank you.
