wrong replacement KG221Q to G227HQL

Hi I bought Acer KG221Q last month after one day monitor had button problems in 24h had to register case my case id XXXXXXXi after 15 days today they replaced my monitor with new G227HQL both are different monitors i bought KG221Q for gaming now this new monitor is useless, this new monitor not compitable with windows 10 didnt found monitor driver there only windows 8, so why are you guys cheating  me ? with old product ? i want gaming monitor if you didnt had same product you should have asked me before replace useless monitor. what should i do now ?

    Hi Afroze,

    I'm sorry that you're having issues with your Acer Monitor and warranty process.  Can you please send me a PM with the S/N of your unit/monitor so I can look into this for you?

    Kindly wait for them to take a look at this thread. I have went ahead and informed Manny in reference to this. Did you contact Acer in reference to this? Perhaps that will be the first thing in my mind. Call them and see if you can get an answer! I guess companies do this when they don't have the exact model for replacement but they will tell about it is what I understand. Also, this has happened to me when I replaced my graphics card from GTS250 but they gave GTS450.

    Thank You for your answer. if they didn't had exact model i would happy to pay extra money i really need gaming monitor. I called em back they said call back later. didn't heard my full complaint.
