Black screen after load

On 1st of March 19:30+-10 min the following happlend on my Acer Aspire V 13: Win 10 system got stuck, I tried button-induced shut-down, rebooted, The screed showed "Acer explore beyond limits" and circling dots, then only circling dots, then black "activated/highlighted" screen and nothing else (not even cursor). Everz now and then a phantom of window canvas flick before than black screen and that is all symptoms.
System rollback to 3-day earlier version did nothing. Repair at start did not work. Safe mode makes no difference. System repair to a manufacturer state does not work as is does not have enough additional space on my SSD (12GM was left free when I last used it), and I do want to lose my files.
What can be done?
Thanks in advance!

PS: The fun part is that I bought the PC on 1st of September 2017 on 19:14 and launched it on 19:30+-10 min. So, while software guarantee lasts 180 day, something happened exactly by the end of 181th day. Exactly - up to a 10 min measure error. "Thanks" to programmable failures.

You can backup your important personal files from Command Prompt.  (Instead of choosing Repair or Safe Mode, select Command Prompt)

And then order your recovery media from Acer (if you forgot to create a USB recovery drive).

If you have trouble getting a Command Prompt, then create a Windows 10 USB using the Media Creation Tool (on a different computer).  Then go in to your BIOS settings and enable the F12 Boot Menu.  Then boot the USB and when you see the Language screen,  press Shift+F10 on your keyboard.

    I'm not an Acer employee.

sounds like you have a Pirate System that fails at 181 days due to the KMS (key management service) can not be found.... The original key is embedded in the BIOS, and by default to activate the original installed OS as OEM,  If you get the Acer Recovery Media it will FORMAT the HDD/SSD and do a total clean install, Your data will be total lost.  You should be able to REPAIR Install by using MediaCreationTool - to make a CFU iso on bootable USB. and if you boot to media and chose UPGRADE selectthe exact same partition as where you Old OS is it will repair that install to usable. another is locate Acronis 2018 and bootable USB. it will allow you to make a file & folder Back up of your old system so that after a NEW Install you can then restore you old Files & Folders.
you also might try boot to command prompt - type rstrui.exe /offline:C:Windows  (if you have a restore point) that command will restore the last good image.
