what should I do n the event I have problems after warranty

Community,

I purchased my acer aspire 5552 (Online from Tiger Direct) on 6/13/11, the laptop came  with a one year warrarnty. On The first of Feb this year 2/1/13, my hard drive went bad, costing me $65.00 for a diagnosis. I then went to my local Tiger Direct store (in Euless, TX) to resolve my issue. It was confirmed by Tiger Direct that the hard drive was bad. I had them replace my hard drive and re-install Win-7, costing me another $194.00. The laptop has been running just fine, however, (my question) - Last week, the PC gave a notification message that all windows options will be unacessible in 13 days if I don 't enter a Product Key number. I know the Product Key is listed on the bottom of the laptop, my concern however is, what will I do "if" that product key does not work, who can I turn to for support?

    try entering it, it will tell you if not valid key
