Veriton N2510G, is the x16 PCI-E slot in the expansion dock a 1x, 4x,etc., lane pci-e slot?

Just can't tell in any of the documentation available online, what the PCI-E x16 expansion bay slot can support. Many times an x16 slot is available on a system, but it only supports x1, x4, etc., pci-e lanes, so it would be great to know the specs of this slot. THANKS SO MUCH!

These are the PCIe ports in your system.

Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

I saw the same pci description that you posted, but the problem is the Celeron processor in the unit claims to only support x4 lanes max, that is why i am so confused.

I cannot tell if the M.2 slot shares it's (x1, x2, or x4) lanes with the x16 slot, or if the M.2 has dedicated lanes cutting down the lanes on the x16 PCIe slot from x4, to x2, or x1?

If I had to guess, I would say the M.2 is either x4 shared with the x4 PCIe x16 slot, OR the M.2 slot is not sharing lanes and is dedicated at x2, and the PCIe x16 slot is x2.

    Thanks!

As the CPU supports maximum of 4 lanes, then by PCIe x16 slot they meant that it is a full lenght pcie slot, therefore the lanes connected to this PCIe-x16 are 4. Mini PCIe slot always has only x1 lane.

You can also download HWiNFO to find out how many lanes the PCIe ports have.
